The building was finished in the autumn of 2024 and holds fourteen flats; three doors open off the second-floor landing and this is the middle one.
It faces east, so by seven the sun is on the kitchen table and after two it is gone — in July that is more help than loss. Living room and kitchen share one room, the bedroom is separate, with a bathroom and a separate WC beside it. The balcony is eight square metres: a table for four and two potted oleanders fit on it.
Heating is underfloor off a gas boiler; last year's gas came to 148,000 forints, and the service charge is 19,000 a month, which covers the lift and the underground garage. The parking space belongs to the flat and is not sold separately.
