Do not just search. See it, understand it, find it.

Twenty photographs of a listing show you what the living room looks like. They do not tell you whether the sofa fits, which window faces south, or where the children's room door opens. That is why a buyer goes to see it — and why the trip is often wasted.

Veduta fills that gap. Every home's plan is drawn geometry: walls with a centre line and a thickness, openings with a width and a hinge side, rooms with a closed outline. The three-dimensional model is built from that — the visitor turns it, steps through it floor by floor, and can set the walls half-height to take the whole place in at once. The furniture is at real sizes, so the bed either fits or it does not.

The same drawing produces the numbers. Room areas are not typed in: they are measured off the plan. Nor are the compass directions: they are computed from the plot's north. What stands on the page is therefore a measurement, not a promise.

On a new development the whole site is a single drawing. The buyer sees where the building stands, which flat is theirs, and what the window will look out on. The same work serves one listing or eighty — which is why drawing it pays.

The site runs in three languages, because Austrian and German buyers also buy on a Hungarian lakeshore. The search understands plain sentences: describe what you are looking for, and the site answers from its own data.
